Well........Biden is coming after you to tax whatever it has appreciated since then. Go ahead and send your check in for 40% of the $9750 over what your Dad paid for it that it has appreciated. Let's see............360 acres x $9750 x 40%=$1,404,000. Go ahead and send a check into Biden and avoid the hassle of dealing with it later. It'll save you a lot of trouble.
