Subject: RE: John Deere 9560RT odd throttle issue - ( ECU / ECM Testing Repair?)

Central Iowa
Well, the rub is that the dealer will allow us to try a new ECU, but if this sporadic glitch does disappear (who knows what amount of hours to say it is gone for certain?) We then purchase that new ECU. If not, they'll take it back.

Meanwhile, the tractor has been deleted to work around constant problems, and the tractor has run 500 flawless hours as such, until this sporadic glitch has now come up.

So testing an ECU is fine, but tuner guy has to charge us to re-flash the test ECU, and possibly if it doesn't act better, to reset the ECU to stock again.

So, no easy options so far, but nothing is ever easy.
