Hello, on floor RH side of seat under mat is a connector for armrest.
Unplug and see what it looks like.
Or unplug and remove entire armrest and plug in on another tractor.
Rather clumsy but might isolate whether problems are in display/ armrest.
I'd do lots before $8000.
