Wisconsin | you can easily reduce the curve at the bottom with the strapping. Use a long thin strip, like a 1/2"x2"x12' as a guide over the curve of the roof, and put a 2x4 on edge where it will raise the low spot of the roof. Or two 2x4's flat, one at the top and one at the bottom if the rest is strapped with 1x4's. It will look a little funny at the end, and not as distinctive as original, but you can use standard tin on most curved roofs that way. | |
