I have a 2016 forman foot shift. Mine starts anytime. 20 f below, it might Crank that long, but I doubt it, 20 degrees f, maybe 2 revolutions.

Maybe you need to find a different dealership.

Only has 16000 miles on it though.
Don't think I have even changed the sparkplug

On the older Hondas, with carburetors, there is a primer button on the carb. Really cold, takes a couple pumps. Many people don't even know about that!

Polaris would be my last choice, had 2, never again.
Presently have 4 Hondas, 1 artic cat which I don't like much, but has been fairly reliable, 1 kawasaki.

My forman 2008 is getting tired, so use it for standby, or hooked on my fencing trailer. It has 30000 miles on it. Many of them Cutting horse style miles!
