The price has to be right to sell out but I am guessing within 5 years I would be able to buy that land back because most of these new farmers will have know idea that you don’t make millions, you just spend it...
I guess starting out with free land and 120% forgiven loans is one way to get ahead.
I wonder when people are going to get so sick of this bullsheet that they take a stance.
If it was just me and no wife and kids, I would sell out and become a hermit, now I am beginning to understand these underground factions that are fed up with everything. I definitely don’t want to become part of a movement, but isolation and removed from most of society has some merits.
