My wife and I drove past a farmers market this spring in the heart of Chicago. I had to stop and visit. In order to make a purchase you had to be a member of this farmers market. $50. So that is a sustainable angle.  Next year we see if it "sustained" itself.

Google search "sustainable farming". I was amazed. It is kinda like the word "green" added to everything.
