Colorado and Oz

My understanding is there will be an announcement in the next few weeks to help form US policy towards a number of international climate meetings?  As you follow all of this, we are still in a condition in the US to follow what are termed as shadow-prices.  This will persist for a few more quarters but anticipate that mtCO2e will be trading based on their certifications and persistence qualities.

The EPA is looking to suggest a $145/mtCO2e as a planning price for energy decisions and to guide cap-and-trade or tax-and dividend designs to create the Green Premiums to better align the hard to reduce carbon foot-prints like cement and steel?

You should read about these Green Premiums as this idea will be core to sorting out our NET-zero pathways going forward.
