+1 on that point. The other great thing about CRP is around here anyways it did a wonderful job of silting and growing shut the tiles lines. Spent $20k this fall retiling 40 acres it was sickening to see tile plugged full and 40ft away downhill in the crop ground it was crystal clear. I had nothing against CRP on tough ground until I saw that.
