Not wanting to put words in his mouth BUT it appears he belives what I always fall back on
IF you are not making the rules ---Need to learn all the rules and play "the game" by them
Learned that little tidbit at Purdue University Ag Econ in 1975 --never changes--most important thing I learned at Purdue U--use it every day

Seems too many on NAT are wanting to write the rules --OR change them --PROBABLY will not happen--- EVER
