We are an A&I dealer and have sold a lot of augers and never a failure. Actually they look heavier built than JD.


Looking back at what I wrote in my original post, the bit about Shoup / A&I may have come across differently than I intended. I generally consider those two the top tier of aftermarket parts and wouldn't be scared to use anything they sell. Where I got this auger I'd consider second tier... which I thought for an auger would be good enough to justify the $ savings (but that sort of came back to bite me).
