So you're saying it froze where the basement drain open air is into a ditch or whatever. If it's not terribly far from the house I used to string a hose from the house hot water faucet and a piece of PVC pipe and push it up the drain from the outside . One time the Sewer Rooter guy had an auger we pushed up it too.
Do not miss those days! Lol
