911 can be useful in getting a vehicle going that has jelled up but it will not prevent jelling. The regular Power Service or a Stanadyne product work pretty well to prevent jelling and do a good job with lubricity. The Howes that everyone seems recommends does a great job preventing jelling of the fuel but is hard on pumps.
