not sure on Zoom but a similar program i use also offers this feature. This one has a standard group of background preloaded so I would guess this is an option for you as well. They aren't super fancy but show you in an office or apartment setting, there also is a 'blur' option that uses your existing background but makes it all fuzzy around your silhouette.
