South Central Wisconsin		I have found either the trans heater failed and tripped then GFI, or harness that runs to it shorted.

Easy enough to unplug those one at a time and see if it helps.

Block heater is easy to isolate as well, just borrow the cord from another tractor that has the 120 plug.
