I rebuilt one last year. I didn't have any free play in the adjusting bolt. It seemed too tight. We ran it and after a couple months it did have the 1/4 inch play in the adjusting bolt. This is the truck we unhook most to put it on the sprayer tender trailer. It latches and unhooks the best of our 3 now.
