I like to run my 15' Woods with a Ford 7700 (84 PTO) but it will definitely bog it down in heavy grass or when I skiff the dirt. Does 10x better behind a JD 7320 (105 PTO) but I hate beating on a $70K tractor when I can us a $7K one. Ford being a 4cyl vs the Deere 6 also plays a part but both Turbo's. I see that Case is basically the same size engine as my 7700 but is lighter.
