  that will work. I would rather see it dried down to 17 or so. The biggest problem with over filling is that the stirators can channel through the corn without mixing it. We generally fill half or so. just as high as the top door so it's easy to check,make sure the bin is level,if it's not the corn will dry on one side and once it's dry the air will all go to  the dry side.After that fill it up and let it go... i would pull the center as much as you need to get good air flow in the center. Also the wetter the corn the lower the dryer temp. this so it doesn't sweat so much on the bin walls,or around the door. If your moving it out of the bin when it's dry you can turn up the heat..few sprouts on the side will mix in.Have dried a lot of 30 percent corn in ours since 1979,takes a little watching.
