As quick as you can get them in the bin and not turn it off until they at the moisture you want.

Keep a record of the moisture going into the bin. When the last beans are in, check the moisture on top. As the moisture pushes up through the beans the moisture on the top will increase. When the moisture goes back down, the beans will be dry. Be sure to get the top sample around the entire bin. Observe if the area is evenly dry. If not there is blockage under the damp areas. If this happens and you don't have a stirator, you will need to run them into another bin or haul them out.

When you turn the fan off, do it up mid morning. The bottom will tend to over-dry. The night air will put a little moisture back in the lower portion of the bin.
