| You got it. Broken parts and failures are color blind. It's all how we approach it in the dealer / customer relationship. I have customers who think tractors are for hired hands to drive, and their place is at the coffee shop, or Colorado hunting trip. Those guys typically have higher repair bills, because the operator doesn't have a vested interest in the longevity of the machine. Typically owner operated machines are much better cared for, because that is their investment, and they treat it as such.
