NW MN | Apple is better then google in that aspect. Apple failed horribly at selling ads like google 5ish years ago and used that to a 180 and head towards privacy on its products.
But using Apple you’ll still get tracked depending on what apps and services you use. Do you have Facebook and Instagram? Do you log into google for gmail or syncing bookmarks across devices?
Apple is cracking down on apps abusing privacy and making a app ask for permission before it lets that app use other parts of your phone and notify you when a app is using the mic, the camera, location services or accessing contacts. | |
