Subject: Re: Fall Burndown in Northern Climates

EC MN - Hour North of 'The Cities'
Pint Gly rate came straight from my agronomist/local co-op retailer. I was shocked to hear those words out of his mouth as well!

I assumed the pint gly would only work WITH the pint 2-4, D in the mix as well (this was for a burndown after wheat came off), and he said it should work for after beans as well. I'm assuming the pint gly is mainly to get any grasses, and the 2-4, D was to cover my broadleaves.

We're all non-GMO here, so I won't be whining about spraying Gly resistant weeds in season as we are all conventioanl herbicides once the crop comes up. This is our first year of trying a fall burndown to try and get ahead of potential no-till weeds that go along with less tillage.
