Here is another idea for you.
In Petrolia (Probably less than 30 minutes from you ) there is a good MTZ/Belarus dealer.

MTZ / Belarus 920, 84 hp, 14x4 synch transmission, Cab, AC, heat, Loader.
About 12,000 lb - heaviest in it's class.
Tier 3 engine: No DEF, no DPF, No computers, no complicated electronics.

New unit, full warranty, about 40-50k US.

In Ontario, we can connect you with farmers who have 15-18,000 hours on their Belarus tractors.
I know a farmer in MB, using 4 Belarus on his beef farm, his oldest Belarus tractor is over 32,000 hours.
