SW MI | Have a pair of 2,000 bu overhead bins with double rack and pinion type gates with cable pulls at the ground. Wondering what everyone else has fabricated in the past for a lock to keep the cables in a closed position. To prevent vandalism/theft if they're left full just as much as to prevent a mis-pull on our part. The cables are attached to a piece of round stock as a handle. Would like to fill bins at night to have a full day of hauling ready the next morning, but don't want to come back to 4,000 bu on the ground either.
