There’s no way to keep water out of the pipe because it will make its own distilled water due to condensation inside of the pipe. My FIL had a large hog operation and tempered the air coming into his farrowing/nursery barn. He loved the heat savings in the winter and the cooling in the summer. The air temperature coming into the building stayed pretty constant all year long regardless of the outside temperature. It also was low in relative humidity. He sloped the pipes to drain the water into a well IIRC and he used it for spraying his fields. Seems like it ran out of his air system at the rate of a slow garden hose.
