Interesting guy in Alliance. We went a visited him and got the tour. Something I couldn’t believe is that he used perf tile for his underground runs. And has no issue with water in the tile. If I tried that here, I’d have a bubbler at times. I figured I would use solid tile and then make sure I had some type of pit with a sump pump in it.
