Outagamie County WI | Same unbelievably great service for us. Bought a used/demo 810 extended reach cart that sat on dealer lot for 2 years. Warranty expired. Never seemed quite right from first use but was new to us and we weren’t sure. Gearbox failed halfway through the season. Dealer says call J&M. J&M service/parts said shouldn’t have happened. Air freighted overnight whole new gearbox and never charged us shipping or for the gearbox. Said it wouldn’t be right to charge us and apologized that we were down during harvest. Paid for us to ship the failed one back so they could figure out what went wrong. We also have a J&M head hauler and J&M wagon with J&M auger on it. It’s how the situation is handled when something does go wrong that leads to loyalty and future purchases. Will be more J&M in the future for us | |
