And you talk to the company reps at the trade shows, and they can't seem to get their heads wrapped around the concept.
I'm not driving 3 hours for parts!
Before the mega dealers, we got mad at our local green dealer and started doing more with green in a town 20 miles farther away. Their parts guy was so bad, we had to go back to our regular dealer. We'd drive the extra 20 miles, to find he'd ordered the wrong part.
Imagine driving 3 hours to find out they ordered the wrong stuff! |
