What if you took the first round but only received a small amount, and already had it forgiven? Looks like I could try round 2 if I qualify. Cannot go back to max out on round 1.
Sometimes the early bird doesn't get the worm. Have found out over the years on these kind of screw ball deals best to set back and let things play out.
Like the Syngenta deal, some folks put a lot of time and effort in provided production history, while us slackers set back and did pretty much nothing to get a piece of the pie.
