| Wondered if anyone with experience on this subject of overheating could help? It started 2 years ago when I purchased a new planter with a hydraulic drive fan for seed delivery. The total planter requires 25 gpm . My tractor A post will read high temperatures when I start planting maybe a half hour or so, or sooner on hot days. My local dealership says they think it’s the hydraulic system transferring heat to the engine. I’ve replaced the water pump, radiator, thermostat, cleaned the oil coolers in the front of the tractor. I just removed and cleaned the stainless screen on the bottom of the transmission. I’m not sure if there’s a bypass valve stuck? My next stage is to check flow on the remote. My planter hoses are hooked on the remote for feed and return is case drain. My dealer said to change the hose tips to rule that out. Not sure where to go from here.
