6210 R is 100% sure made in Europe, but maybe also made in Waterloo. Partial made with European and USA components. For example autopowr in europe is made by ZF, but if you buy 6210 r and it is autoquad it is USA made. 2014 and up adblue in Europe. R says nothing where it is made . R is the upper class of that serie. Gps factory prepared , front axle suspension , climatrak, etc you have to think in that way. No guarantee that every R is equipped with al these extras. M is for farmers who don't need al that extra stuff.
