We’ll spend it eventually. We try to frequent the local mom n pop restaurants. They are the ones that need it. Friends own one and could only get help if they had a 25% or more revenue loss. They had 23% loss so don’t qualify for help. WTH??? This is a freaking mess. Giving money out but not were needed.
