It's not complicated, but it can be confusing. The following would be the process of using our accountant and bankers processing, but this is coming from a mid-sized bank.
Total wages either W-2 or 1099 x 70%
rents paid x 70%
Intrest paid x 70%
If you did the first or second ppp, it just a draw off the original ppp
