Going on here and saying you have a problem could very well give the insurance an out if you knowingly use a dangerous service and someone gets killed or a fire results and you get sued for damages by another insurance company. I would advise that you get it deemed safe by a certified electrician BEFORE you use it again for your liability if for no other reason.
