Northern Kentucky | I am an inside wireman we use hot sticks for buss plugs in factories and occasionally you will encounter customer owned overhead and ground distribution boxes. With that being said I don't care to much for fooling with the primary on customer owned equipment. I would never dream of going to a utility owned pole and snapping in a cut out. You obviously have an issue with your service have it looked at by a professional before it kills someone. | |
