If you need a fungicide one might try SaniDate 12.0 at 1 gl per 10,000 gls of H2O. Kills fungus on the crop & in the river water on contact. Nebraska & Colorado guys been chemigating SaniDate 12 for many years.
Just looked about $30 a gal (just a price that google popped up) Darn stuff better work
