I don't know where you are but if you get serious check with Southern Honda in Chattanooga, TN.  They generally have some prior year models in stock at substantial discounts.  I bought a '18 model in '20 for significantly less than their price on a '20, and they had the lowest price on those as well.  They routinely have people travel a ways to buy from them.  My '18 deluxe was around $14,500 before accessories which was still under a '20 standard.  They have the reputation for having the lowest price, and claim to be the largest dealer in the country.  I will say they have a take it or leave it attitude, which I understand, given their price position.  They know they won't be beat on price so there's no negotiating, and you can look all you want but they generally don't spend any time shooting the bull, as they have people waiting or phone calls to return.  They certainly aren't worried about going hungry if you don't buy from them.
