Have him go to this link and enter his email. He should then get an email to reset his password: https://talk.newagtalk.com/forgot-password.asp

He can then login with the new password. If he wants to change it to something else, he can then go to the control panel and change it to one he likes: https://talk.newagtalk.com/profile/controlpanel.asp

If this doesn't work, he will need to contact the admin: [email protected]
