Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I don't know how fussy the pump motor is about voltage, it is likely OK just running it direct from the Milwaukee Battery. The buck converter in the previous reply would allow you to reduce the voltage if necessary. That one from Amazon has a heat sink on it and it could handle a reasonable load.

I am in the process of setting up a Milwaukee Battery to run a camera. I may or may not need a Buck Converter myself. I have recently ordered and received a package of three. Mine are a lighter duty version of the one in the link above. Mine are limited to 3 amps DC which should be fine for my purposes.

I use a 12V spray pump with a sprayer in my Polaris Ranger. I run it off the regular battery which works fine.

I ordered one of these just yesterday for my projects.
