Battle creek MI | Can only comment on the white 3 speed and never had an issue with one. I would go with a 105, 110, 135 unless you only have small hay equipment then you could go lower hp. But, I wouldn't go lower than 105. Try to find a series III nicer cab and the gear select, throttle and three speed shifter are all together on the side console. My opinion that makes it easier to operate (see attachment).
