south east SD		Say your tractor is worth $50,000.

Tell them sell it and you will take $50,000 and they came keep the rest. If not go pound sand.

NEVER NEVER EVER give them money up front.

My guess they want $400 to list it somewhere? You will never get your tractor sold or your $400 back.
