Bought one new in 2014 and have owned for 7 years. No issues to date & would think it should last into the 7 or 8 thousnd hour range before I would be concerned assuming this tractor has been maintained. The oil on mine looks as clean after 100 hrs as if it was just changed. I would say the biggest weakness is the resale value which may depend on various options .
