I think Quickbooks might be able to handle that request.
If that isn't a option, I would do as suggested and move your expenses like this to their own business and file a Schedule C.
I have landowners reimburse me for expenses on the crop share. When they pay it back, I just show it as a credit against that particular category like "Chemicals".
