Von, might look around at Omron, https://automation.omron.com/en/us/products/families/timers I have one from my retired corn stove that ran the feed auger re-purposed to the grain dryer for pulse drying. The one I had was not a timer per se but was very adjustable from a few seconds up to months, I would think they would have just what you want but might be pricey....
