Kolorado		Most are mounted behind the cab like big ben, be it regular pickup bed or flatbed.

But usually mounted down in the bed some depending on how tall the user is. Some guys will tilt them back a little.

My last pickup i had 2 of them mounted behind the cab, one drivers side access and other passenger side access. One was SAE and the other metric.
