Your leveling problems are in the main lift cylinder. It is actually a double acting cylinder built inside of another double acting cylinder. The inner one is used to displace oil and level the bucket/forks as the main boom lifts. Something broke inside. A good hydraulic shop may be able to fix it, but it’s not going to be cheap. Hopefully you’re not looking at a complete cylinder from Dieci.


I concur, had this happen on one of ours, I just pulled out the pieces and capped the lines going to and form that internal cylinder and just use it without self leveling. So now we have one with and one without self leveling and i don't even notice it. dieci wanted 6 K for that cylinder when i checked. While you have it apart you might think about replacing seals in it.
