Both can be chopping or non chopping, i picked up a 4406 non chopping this fall , that's the wide feeder so had to throw in the adapter to make it fit my 2588 , and change the pto to hex
Older heads like 2200 series was non chopping, 2600 series was chopping
What is the difference of a Case 4206 to a Case 4406 corn heads
