NW Iowa | I would write down those codes, clear them, and run it again. That way we can tell what was old junk codes and what is new. If you changed those parts off with key off it shouldn't have caused those codes. All the 6000 codes are pto codes. Yes a loose ground might cause some goofy things. There are a bunch of resistors in that module, but since you swapped it out, it shouldn't be that. The grounds from the switches and module meet at one ground terminal. The other thing is the CAN lines from the module are corrupted or auto 4 is. Your turtle/ hare also runs through the pto module and you have a 412B error which is the selector switch error for that function
6101 - cab pto switch = signal error
6105- pto clutch speed sensor = signal error
6115- N switch on pto control module = signal error
6116- 540 speed switch on pto control module = signal error
6117- 750 speed switch on pto control module = singal error
6118- 1000 speed switch on pto control module = singal error
module will cause 6115-6118
pto cab switch will cause 6101
pto switch on fender will cause 6102
operation only possible in emergency control mode
hold down on the on off switch for 5 seconds it should put you in emergency control
