SC MN | We had a New Holland Model 77 baler with a V-4 Wisconsin on it. It had electric start which worked about half the time, so I remember my Dad using a crank like that on that old Wisconsin a few times. One advantage of having a motor on the baler was that you could use any tractor to pull it. We had a TO35 Ferguson, about 30 hp which we would use occasionally on the baler. Worked fine until we went down a steep hill with a full wagon of bales behind the baler, and I think the wagon just about beat the tractor down the hill! | |
