Northwest Illinois | How wide of a planter do you need? I helped a buddy turn an 8 row 30” 7000 into a 12 row 20”. Moved lift wheels to front of bar and drive wheels too. Added Yetter flat fold markers just because they’re nicer but are pricey. Planter was bought for $1200 and extra row units for $750 a piece. 20’ transport width is a downfall. Planter was originally hauled with Donahue trailer. Same can be done with 12 rows too. | |
